Dear Clients
effective immedietly any protracted questions on the portal requiring accessing your file, reviewing information, and new medical decision making will be billed at current rates. Clients on an annual contract or questions concerning recent appointments will be excluded. I would expect average charge to be about 25.00 if less than 5 min required.
I have up to now offered this service free of charge but due to increasing amounts of time required trying to answer protracted questions and threads the time involved has become excessive.
