As we move into 2026 I would like to challenge you all to make a concerted effort to take charge of your health and wellness.
This will mean different things to different people. I think we all have a tendancy attempt to jump start our lives each new year, so why not concentrate on our health! Take some time to review your labs and clinical studies ( I do this on occasion myself and always have forgotten something I need to revisit). It is easy to let things slide especially if we dont have severe symptoms, but isn't that the goal, to not get that far?
Please consider adding one small thing to your diet, a little more exercise, a little more self reflection, a little more stress reduction, and above all a little more gratitude. There wil always be spmething or someone that we are grateful for, say it out loud daily! You will fell better, heal better, and be more resilient.
